Keep your water cup at the side and move each finished dumpling out of the active area. Lift a resting slat to bring a small batch toward a separate steamer or pan.

A clear front workspace
The wide front section leaves room for a wrapper and hand folding. It does not impose one dumpling shape or require a matching press.
Two removable resting slats
Set finished dumplings along the shallow rear slats. Each one lifts out separately, allowing you to move a small batch while supporting it from underneath.
A cup with its own recess
The removable water cup sits in a dedicated side recess. Keep the cup partly filled and the board level while working.
Separate parts for cleaning
Remove both resting slats and the water cup to reach the surfaces below. The open layout avoids a hidden filling reservoir.
