Round and uneven vegetables can roll while you are trying to fill them. This preparation tray uses two pairs of rounded cradles that move between fixed positions. Set the spacing to suit a cut pepper or a length of courgette, add the filling and transfer the prepared vegetable to separate oven-safe cookware. Vegetable shape and size will affect the fit.

Four removable cradle blocks fit into a row of slots. Choose positions that support the vegetable without forcing it into a fixed mould.
Rounded contact surfaces
The broad, rounded supports give the ingredient several resting points. They are intended to position food gently rather than clamp it.
A tray beneath the task
The shallow base gives stray rice, breadcrumbs or grated cheese a place to land during filling. Keep liquids below the tray rim.
Separate prep from cooking
Use the cradles at room temperature, then move the food into your own cooking vessel. The blocks come out individually for washing.

How to Use
- Fit two cradle blocks beneath each vegetable half and check that it rests steadily.
- Add filling with a spoon while supporting the ingredient with your other hand when needed.
- Lift the filled vegetable into separate cookware, then remove the blocks and wash the tray.
